Poolside room with shared bath (bathroom shared with one other female student). Available mid August, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Fully furnished with queen-size bed, new dresser (new dresser not shown), desk, chair and new nightstand. 11.5 x 11 feet.  Extra storage in hall closet. One student per room.

 $850 per month including all utilities.  No male overnight guests (firm).  Occasional female overnight guests.   $500 security deposit.
